Depends on acreage, how thick it is, and what you want left. Most lots get a flat quote from photos or a quick walk-through — no charge to look. Brush hogging is typically priced per acre; clearing with haul-off is priced per job.
Yes — small jobs carry a minimum plus a haul-in fee, since loading and moving the machine takes the same time whether the job is one hour or six. We'll tell you the number up front.
Yes. General liability and equipment coverage, with a certificate of insurance available on request — standard for builders and GCs.
Most jobs are scheduled within the week. Weather moves things sometimes — if it does, you hear from us first.
Yes. We set culvert pipe to grade for rural driveways and can supply pipe and gravel or work with materials you've bought. If your county requires a permit, that's typically pulled by the property owner — we'll point you the right way.
